Hand-made of 5mm thick steel sheet. Convenient for both direct and indirect grilling, smoking, roasting, boiling, and barbecuing. TRADITION 5 is varnished in fire-resistant black paint and its cooking grates are made of stainless steel.
With this grill, you can easily smoke salmon, roast chicken, bake pizza or bread, or just make a coffee. TRADITION 5 is designed for wood fuel, which enables you to influence the flavour of the food, but can also be operated with charcoal.
Upon adding the soapstone plate (see accessories), you can prepare Chinese cuisine, hamburgers, etc.
Standard equipment includes thermometer, poker and a carrying handle.
